After last weeks technical hitch with the web site which took a little while to solve, we’re back with the weekly update and a rather goal packed set of games from the weekend…sadly most of them were against us rather than for :s. 1s were the only team to notch up a win whilst every else got silver medals. From one extreme to the other, after playing in the searing 30 degree heat last week,  this week saw the first appearance of the winter baselayers as temperatures plummeted to a more Octobery 13 degrees.  On the pitch the results were as mixed as the recent weather, with the 1s bouncing back from last weeks loss to beat Waltham Forest, the 2s suffering a loss to Royston, the 3s with a last gasp draw, 4s narrowly losing to Saffron Walden and the 5s securing their first points with a draw.
