Interested in getting a coaching qualification? The next Level 1 course will be held in Chelmsford in September and is now open for bookings. Download more information & an application form. Closing date 3rd August The course is suitable for those with some experience of playing hockey and, perhaps, of helping in a coaching or teaching environment e.g. Community Sports Coaches. Presidents Day & Official Pitch Opening – 24 June
After the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, it’s time for the BIG event of the summer…..the official opening of the Broxbourne HC pitch. Here’s one opening ceremony you can get in to see, although we can’t promise you cows and sheep, maybe the odd dog or mosquito. This year’s Presidents Day is on Sunday 24th June and has been organised to coincide with the new Astroturf Grand Opening.
