Sportivate is a new scheme from Sport England aimed at encouraging more 14 – 25 year olds to participate in sport. It will be funded by the National Lottery, with £32 million being invested nationally over the next four years. The scheme is part of the mass participation legacy plans for the country from the London 2012 Olympic Games.

We can confirm that you will be able to watch every Great Britain Olympic match in the clubhouse. We’ll be receiving a goodie pack from England Hockey to dress up the place, including bunting and even some life size cutouts of GB players! So come down, have a drink, watch the games and make sure to wear red to support our boys and girls! We now have our 26 tickets allocated by England Hockey and it is intended to hold a ballot for them in the club on the weekend of 21st/22nd July.
